Steff Wright, Chairman
Steff is the founder of Gusto Group and Chairman of Rototek. As a lifelong entrepreneur, he brings decades of leadership and business development experience across manufacturing and construction to the team.
Steff first worked with Rototek as one of their customers, with the team manufacturing rainwater harvesting tanks for one of Gusto Homes’ housing developments. Recognising the potential of the factory and the business, he eventually acquired the company to secure the supply chain and invest in its future.

Sean Conway, Managing Director
With a wealth of experience in the manufacturing sector, Sean’s journey has taken him across the United Kingdom and throughout Europe where he has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the industry.
Throughout his career, Sean has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of manufacturing operations, honing his skills in strategy development, operational efficiency, and team management.

Shaun Mills, Operations Director
Renowned within the rotational moulding community, bringing a wealth of specialist knowledge and support to the team at Rototek. Shaun has been working and developing the team at Rototek for over 3 decades, bringing a fresh innovative approach to all projects. He is passionate about the company and the people within it.
Shaun is passionate about all the production and operational needs of the business and continues to promote the Group values and Rototek’s mission for the future.

Jo Macfarlane, Customer Service Manager
Jo combines her career alongside being a mum of two. Her 20 years of experience within Customer Service makes her an invaluable member of the leadership team.
Overseeing the daily operation of the customer service department, Jo has built good working relationships and enjoys all aspects of her work, providing a rapid response to customer enquiries.

John Stokes, Quality Manager
With over 25 years of experience with Rototek, John has worked through the ranks from the factory floor to his role as Operations Manager.
He enjoys the challenge of technical or complex mouldings and ensures our partners receive the quality of product they are looking for.

Matt Dale, Operations Manager (Newark Site)
Matt is relatively new to the rotational moulding industry but has risen quickly through the company, starting out on the shop floor as an operator and progressing through various roles into his current leadership position.
He is passionate about creating a positive and engaging working environment, ensuring the team enjoys what they do while consistently delivering strong results.

Karl brings over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector and has worked in all areas of the process.
This gives him great awareness of what our customers are looking for.

Ian Bingham, Technical Sales Manager
Ian manages the design department - he loves getting involved in new projects and problem solving.
He has a huge passion for everything associated with rotational moulding, making him the perfect person to help get your idea off the ground.

Dawn Tudberry, HR Director
Dawn is HR Director for Rototek and the wider Gusto Group. With over 15 years of HR experience and a Level 5 Diploma, Dawn is a passionate, driven professional.
She is very focused on business growth and promoting a positive working culture across our Newark and Worksop factories. Dawn works closely with teams right across the business, building strong, genuine relationships with everyone from the factory floor to the office.

Jasmin Wright, Head of Brand and Purpose
Jasmin drives the B Corp certification for Rototek and the wider Gusto Group, ensuring our commitment to people, planet, and profit is embedded in everything we do. Leading our marketing and brand strategy with a purpose-driven approach, she shapes our identity to reflect our values.
She also leads our marketing strategy, which involves working closely with our SEO agency on website content as well as handling our press releases and media presence.

Craig Joynes, Finance Manager
With over 20 years of finance experience, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to the group. After graduating from the University of Plymouth, he started his career as an Accounts Junior at Newark firm Harrison Farrow, where his first major audit assignment was for Rototek, years before the business joined Gusto Group!
Craig plays a key role in managing our financial strategy, giving the board and senior management the insights they need to make informed decisions for the business.

James Staff, Factory Manager (Worksop)
With over 20 years of industry experience, starting on the factory floor, James has developed a deep understanding of every stage of the manufacturing process through hands-on experience and dedication.
James combines his practical knowledge with strong leadership to oversee daily operations, maintain the highest quality standards, and ensure the Worksop factory runs efficiently.

Nino Brizzolara, Design Engineer
Nino joined the Rototek team in 2015 after studying Product Design at Sheffield Hallam and gaining early experience as a Design Engineer. Over the last decade, he’s been bringing ideas to life and solving complex design challenges on the factory floor.
He enjoys problem solving and loves seeing a project grow from the initial concept all the way to a finished product.

Lauren Bryan, Receptionist and Office Administrator
Lauren is the first face you will see when visiting Rototek. She plays a key role in keeping the Newark office running smoothly, by inputting all our new sales orders, creating delivery notes, managing customer emails and general daily administration.
She loves helping people and has always enjoyed working in customers service and customer-facing roles, with a background in hospitality, retail, and previous admin positions.

Corey Haslam, Production Administrator
Corey plays a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. He acts as the key link between the office and the factory floor, coordinating schedules, streamlining production, and handling all our dispatch requirements to ensure customer orders arrive on time.
Outside of work, Corey has a passion for flying his drone. He loves capturing aerial footage of our production in action, giving people a completely new perspective on how our factory operates.

Samantha Woods, Account Assistant
With over a decade of experience in finance, Samantha has learnt that there's a lot more to accounts than just numbers.
As Accounts Assistant, Samantha manages day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing cash flow management, account reconciliations, and resolving customer and supplier queries to ensure smooth transactional processes.
Samantha has a strong interest in financial technology and process optimisation, focusing on how digital tools and automation can streamline administrative workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency across the department.

Lauren Ingram, Marketing Executive
Lauren is passionate about content creation and social media. She takes care of the SEO and social media content for Rototek and the wider Gusto Group. As a former East Midlands Apprentice of the Year, she has a proven track record in digital marketing and content creation.
Working alongside Jasmin in the marketing team, Lauren plans, captures, and posts all our social media content. You will often find her on the factory floor capturing photos and videos to bring Rototek's manufacturing processes to life on LinkedIn.
